- Each workshop builds on the other.
- Tasks between sessions, direct support between sessions, and take home materials.
- You will receive handouts for pre-work before each session
- Access to private Facebook community just for this program
Commitment Step 1:
Your FIRST action is to complete the questions on the registration form to the best of your ability. It will require you to be in place where you can think and are not engaged in any other tasks. This will be the first step in demonstrating your commitment to this work.
